Terms of Service

By engaging Xeller's services, you agree to these terms. Xeller provides marketplace execution services as described in your engagement agreement. We do not guarantee revenue outcomes, sales volume or profitability. Our commitment covers operational deliverables within our direct control.

Service Scope

Xeller provides operational execution services for Amazon UAE, Amazon KSA, and Noon platforms. Our services are focused on marketplace operations. Additional channels or marketing activities may be supported separately where agreed in a written engagement agreement.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for funding inventory, advertising spend, and maintaining product safety. Clients must provide timely access to required accounts and data for successful execution.

Payment Terms

Fees are outlined in individual engagement agreements. GCC Marketplace Launch™ is billed upfront. Marketplace Ops™ is billed monthly in advance.

Termination

Either party may terminate with 30 days' written notice after any minimum engagement period. All fees paid are non-refundable, though we work in good faith to complete ongoing work during notice period.

Privacy Policy

Xeller collects and processes personal information to provide our services and communicate with prospective and current clients.

Information Collection

We collect information you provide through our application form, including company details, contact information, and business metrics. We also collect data through standard analytics.

How We Use Information

Information is used to assess fit for our services, communicate with you, and provide contracted services. We do not sell personal information to third parties.

We implement commercially reasonable security measures to protect personal information. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is completely secure.

Execution Guarantee

We guarantee operational execution within our direct control—including inventory management, compliance setup, listing optimization, and PPC management. We do not guarantee revenue outcomes, sales volumes, or profitability.

Marketplace performance depends on many factors outside our control, including product-market fit, pricing, competition, and platform algorithms.

Case Studies

Results described in case studies are specific to those client situations and may not reflect results for your business. Case studies demonstrate our operational capabilities, not revenue promises.

Third-Party Platforms

Amazon, Noon, and other marketplace platforms are independent entities. Their policies, algorithms, and decisions are outside Xeller's control.

Governing Law & Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

Any disputes arising from the use of this website or services will be subject to the jurisdiction of the applicable courts of the UAE.

All contracts are executed by 1ST Souq FZE LLC operating as Xeller.
